Happy ONE Year to the Jayfit Studio!!!!!

Wow!! We reached ONE full year at the studio girlies!! For those who don't know me personally I started Jayfit with nothing, but a pair of weights and a booty band. When March 2020 hit, it scared me just like everybody else, but that was the moment my whole life changed. I didn't know if I was going to lose my job and it scared me knowing my whole life was on somebody else's hands (my boss). I asked myself what are you going to do If you lose your job? How are you going to pay your rent and take care of your family?

Then it hit me, "I HAVE to create my own brand and hold my own, there's no way I can allow this to be my life". I knew this was going to be the toughest journey I ever challenged myself to do, but I also knew what I was capable of and I was ready. For that reason, I had to create a brand that represented me the most and what I'm most passionate about.

I asked myself, "what is the number one thing you like doing the most outside of work?". That was Fitness! I work out almost everyday after work. Then I asked, "how will this brand help your community solve their problems"? And instantly I knew. Feeling and looking healthier, boosting their confidence and finally finding the true meaning of self love. After understanding my vision very clear, I went to work! From July 2020 - July 2022, I trained outdoors, beach, parks and even my own home. I've never been ashamed of my starting journey. I appreciate the hard work. Going into my 2nd year, I started to do major research and started working on getting my investments in place to finally open my gym to the public. On July 30th, 2022, Jayfit had her GRAND OPENING! and Fast forward 1 year later, we are celebrating our 1 YEAR anniversary at the studio!! All together, I have been pushing my vision and brand to my community for 3 years. Something I've worked so hard on with my heart, sweat and tears has been changing many women's lives and that is all I can ever ask for. As I prepare to step into my new entrepreneur phase, I would like to Thank you so much for trusting in me and loving Jayfit the way I do. Let's continue to find self love through fitness while we reach many more women!
